Best classes ever
The reviews of the training got me to check them out, but I have called twice and had no response, no call back. I've stopped by and there was a car parked outside, knocked and got no answer. So I cannot give a review of the training but the customer service is seriously lacking!

I have always thought that Donna has a high sense of professionalism and seems to love what she does and takes pride in her training. My dog is always excited to see her! Because of this I have always overlooked the other issues I had with professionalism and communication (lack of) from other members of the team. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone and getting a returned phone call is next to impossible. There are a lot of empty promises made from these other team members. The man who runs the boarding services is the least professional person I have ever come in contact with, but one of the rudest. My dog will NEVER be back and I will NEVER again recommend this place. I do think Donna is very sweet and incredibly talented, but this place is in desperate need of someone with business sense and customer service skills.
