I had such a wonderful experience working with Kelly and highly recommend her! She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of both my French Bulldog, Mr. Peabody, and me. When I was getting frustrated and discouraged because he wasn't picking up potty training, she validated how I felt and reassured me that dogs learn at different paces, and encouraged me to be patient with Mr. Peabody—and with myself—and eventually, he got it! I especially appreciate the principles and tools I learned that I can continue to use as Mr. Peabody grows. The emails after each lesson were incredibly helpful, with worksheets, step-by-step instructions for practicing at home, and additional resources. I still find myself using what I learned with her when something new comes up. I also really appreciated being able to reach out with questions or ask for additional tips, information, or resources. She was always responsive and generous about sharing resources. Mr. Peabody and I are so grateful for everything she taught us!
