How do I create a account
Hi Tyshon, if you are looking to sign up for group training classes then you simply pick the class you'd like to sign up for and fill out the enrollement form and reserve your spot by paying. You'll receive a conformation email. Click on the link 'view appointment details' in the email, then click on 'Register for an account'. Follow the instructions to create a training account that you can use again later. If you're looking for an account for REPS or boarding services, we send invites for those accounts to our training graduates who have established a relationship with us through training classes, and who have reached a level of training to be able to meet our REPS requirements. DogJoy is an absolutely incredible place to take your dog for training, boarding, or a day program! Briana and her staff are very caring and extremely knowledgeable in positive reinforcement training. Their R.E.P.S. day program has been so beneficial with helping to keep my border collie happy, stimulated and socialized. I highly recommend DogJoy for anyone looking to improve the life of their dog.

Fantastic, couldn't recommend it enough! My large breed pups and I moved to Austin and were having a hard time finding a dog daycare / boarding facility that was sanitary, enriching, and focused on health and safety (especially for large winter breeds in the summer heat). I was shocked to find that many of the expensive daycares keep pups gated/roomed/crated for a large portion of the day and rotate them into small rooms or turf for short play periods. Additionally, many boarding businesses don't have staff onsite overnight so I'm spending $$$ for the dogs to be "monitored" by camera. DogJoy was a wonderful exception and far more than a typical "doggie daycare". The pups have access to open indoor/outdoor play for a majority of the day so I know they are having fun and burning energy. The staff is consistent and knowledgeable (shout out to Ezra and Madi) and took an interest in my pups' personalities and needs from the first visit. Finally, the membership structure offered after the 90-day trial period helps cut the costs and ensures that every dog is a good fit. The 20-minute ride north of downtown is completely worth it to know my dogs are happy and in good hands while I'm at work or traveling.

Great experience with boarding and training here! Adjusted to my plans and accommodated my pup and I with changes in travel plans for boarding! And they actually gave us the full truth when we came for pick up, I know she is a nervous girl and that she doesn’t eat much! They actually returned her uneaten food which was a first, every other place I’ve used in the past would act like she ate everything! They spared no details when it was time for pick up!! Thank you dogjoy! We will be back!!
