How do I create a account
Hi Tyshon, if you are looking to sign up for group training classes then you simply pick the class you'd like to sign up for and fill out the enrollement form and reserve your spot by paying. You'll receive a conformation email. Click on the link 'view appointment details' in the email, then click on 'Register for an account'. Follow the instructions to create a training account that you can use again later. If you're looking for an account for REPS or boarding services, we send invites for those accounts to our training graduates who have established a relationship with us through training classes, and who have reached a level of training to be able to meet our REPS requirements. They take great and extreme care in their staff selection, training and care with all their pups. I feel that our pup is in great care, and never worry about him when he is in there. I highly recommend DogJoy to any future dog owner who wants the best for their pup. Plus they take phenomenal pics!!

I had high hopes for this daycare and boarding facility but have been severely disappointed. They are expensive, poor communicators and rigid with policies, in my opinion, to an unreasonable extreme. We needed to modify our dogs' boarding stay due to the Winter Storm Warning and Extreme Cold Warning in effect. Despite the fact that we provided ample time and communication they were unwilling to refund or even credit us the night that we changed boarding because it was outside of their cancellation period. We had to cancel our vacation and come home early so our grandparents could get out before the storm. I can appreciate policies, but when it is at the expense of safety, I feel it's unreasonable. Based on this, we pulled our 3 dogs from boarding with them in 2 weeks and will go with our favorite, reliable, kind facility - Action Pack Dog Center.
Harper LOVES spending time at DogJoy! The staff is amazing and Harpers loves visiting with her furry friends.
Our Piper girl had the best time at DogJoy. The communication was top tier, and we even got photos of her throughout the week. We even got photos of her. She came home tired and happy. Definitely will use DogJoy again.
