My 3 year-old, Boston terrier named Champ is a great dog. Like all dogs he had some flaws. He would pull hard on the leash while on walks, take off if I left him off leash on my front yard and stand off while walking past dogs. Champ was left behind at home from many family outings because of his behavior. I searched for a local dog trainer and found Mark. Mark worked with him for 1 week and what a difference it has made. Mark sent daily updates of Champ while at the park, on walks or socializing with other dogs. I am happy to share we now enjoy taking Champ on daily (sometimes twice a day) walks, hikes and to the park. We plan on staying consistent with what he’s been trained to do and what we have learned so we can bring him on outings this summer and enjoy more time outdoors. Thanks for your help Mark!

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and DognPooch! We have four young kids and got a puppy last year that quickly turned into a very large, energetic dog. One week with Mark and she walks perfectly on and off leash, has excellent manners inside, and no longer jumps when people walk in the door. The difference after one week is amazing and so impressive! Mark sent videos every day showing us her progress and teaching us the commands and techniques so we could continue them at home. It has made a huge difference in how my kids are able to interact with her and brought so much peace to our home.

I simply cannot say enough great things about Mark and his training program. I have a 145 lb. bull mastiff named Gordo. He is a big cuddle baby but he’s pretty spoiled in the house (my fault) and when out walking, he can easily cause me to fly through the air if he decides to chase a cat. Also, sometimes he would come when I called him and sometimes he wouldn’t. He is a young dog but as he grew bigger and stronger, I became increasingly more and more insecure walking him, knowing I didn’t have total control over him. My good friend suggested DognPooch and sent me Mark’s contact info. My husband passed away about 7 months ago, and I simply cannot express how important this dog has become to me. He is my buddy, my security and protector, but also was a bit spoiled and unpredictable. I was nervous to leave my him with a stranger but Mark made me feel comfortable right away. He sent videos the first day so I could see that Gordo made friends and was okay. The next day he sent videos of him walking Gordo and teaching him using the e-collar. The videos were super helpful! Mark talks the whole time to your dog and to you, explaining what he’s doing and why! I had no idea that’s how it was going to be the whole week and I loved every minute! Mark was training both of us. Whatever worries or stress I had, melted away, and I was happily learning with my dog all week. I felt like I was there on the walks and during the in home training. I had no anxiety at all about picking up my dog and how it was going to go. First Mark taught me how to work the e-collar, then we went to the park so I could practice. Gordo was a different dog. He was happily walking at my side off leash and every time I called him, he came right to me. I now have the tools I need to continue Gordo’s training. Mark has checked in on us a few times and has encouraged me to call or text him anytime I have questions! I cannot say enough about Mark and how much he has helped me and my sweet boy Gordo! Thank you Mark, you’re the BEST!!!!🐾☺️🐾

Mark took my crazy shepherd/bully/Aussie mix during a week I was going out of town to make it convenient for us to not have to send him to boarding. He is a wild 9 month old boy that is not yet neutered and doesn’t realize his size. He is now able to control himself so much better in every situation he’s in. He walks by our side on the leash and off. He stays in his bed when told and doesn’t decide when he’s going to listen or not listen anymore. Mark sends multiple long videos throughout each day and spends lots of time loving on and working with your dog. He even follows up with texts and answers questions after you pick your dog up. Highly recommend!!
