Dogology University

Taking my puppy, Watson, to Dogology University in Canton is the best decision I have ever made. As a new dog mom, I had been searching for the perfect daycare environment where Watson could play with other puppies his age (3 months old) in a small group setting; I didn’t want him to get lost in a group of 30 other dogs with little to no supervision. Not only does Dogology offer a small group play experience of no more than 4 dogs at a time, but the dogs are supervised by trainers working at the facility. This was a huge selling point for me as I wanted to make sure Watson didn’t pick up any bad habits as a young pup or regress in his potty training. While at daycare Watson alternates between periods of rest and play, and is given outdoor one on one walks/potty breaks. Over the last few months, the Dogology trainers have socialized Watson with both older and younger doggies in a safe, controlled environment; I can visibly see a positive difference in his interactions with dogs outside of daycare. The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets Watson and I with a smile. The integrity and effort that the Dogology staff puts towards taking care of your beloved doggy is unmatched. As a grad student, I am so grateful to the Dogology team for taking such good care of my doggo, at an affordable price point, so that I can focus on my studies. Dogology has been the perfect fit for Watson and I 10/10 would recommend this facility to my friends, family, and the surrounding community.

I absolutely love this place and cannot say enough good things about them. We first brought in our Boston Terrier that was out of control and told by a previous reputable trainer that he was "untrainable" and could not be helped. They couldn't even get Bowser to sit! Dogology University had no trouble getting Bowser to sit and be able to do other commands. He is a completely changed dog! We had trouble with him jumping and nipping at home but after 4 weeks, his behavior has greatly improved! The trainers have been fantastic every week especially Samantha and Stewart. They have been so excited to see Bowser's progress. I look forward to the progress notes and videos each week to see how Bowser is doing. I am very happy with our time here and it was worth every penny to have a happy, well behaved dog. Thank you Dogology University!!

I boarded my dog Kale with Dogology university back in Oct/Nov 2021 and I received a call from Matt telling me that my dog had gotten out of his kennel and also gotten out of the building on Ford rd. I was terrified I might never see my dog again. My dog was missing for 3 entire days!!! As well as three sleepless nights for me and my family. After they put up flyers in the neighborhood and Matt hired an investigator to find my dog, Kale was eventually captured. I promptly picked up my dog up and all that Matt could do was let me know that I wasn’t getting any money back(even though I never asked for money back- not once) and he asked me not to write a review about it, because it would hurt him and his new business. He didn’t apologize ever. Ironically, he seemed like he was angry with me. He was only concerned about the money and reviews. He promised to come to my home and do private lessons but that never came to fruition. Its been radio silence on Matts end for months now. I paid over $5k and never received what Matt promised for me or my dog. I felt as though I would be complicit in his negligence if I didn’t let others know that are potentially thinking about taking their dogs to Dogology university. This was one of the worst, if not the worst, business transaction I’ve ever been through. Not to be trusted! Please ask Matt or his wife Ashaleena about this if you’re thinking about having your dog trained here. Im so grateful to have my dog home safe and sound.
