Do the trainers at your facility use e-collars on the dogs?
Yes they use e-collars. It comes at week 5 of the 10 week off leash program. They take the time to thoroughly explain and show you what is going on with the collars. It is not in any way inhumane!! This was by far the best investment that we made in our dog....so much so that when we got our second puppy, I am currently going through the 10 week off leash program with him as well!!! To me, there is no higher praise that I can give someone other than repeat business!

Yes they use e-collars. It depends on the season that the dog is currently in as to if they are in the e-collar stage. We just completed our 10 week session and we could not be happier.

When I was there I did not see any of the dogs with e-callers
We got a German Shepherd from Larry Phan. Chili took your course on 06/ 2016. We didn't we receive much paper work. Can he be re-enrolled with your school and do you have any paperwork showing he is a pure bred?

They can help Train what ever you have in mind for your pup. They have 2 different training program options. You can go and be with your dog or you can leave your dog with them for a period of time

Probably a great trainer for protection dogs but dog not send your spaniel there. They could easily ruin your spaniel in 3-4 weeks. Way too much pressure. They should be up upfront in dogs they excel at and turn away sensitive breeds. Looking at the website, it is obvious what they excel at but should send non protective breeds to a trainer better suited for sensitive breeds.
Off leash training gets the same critic. Lots of pressure and long training sessions which is fine for certain breed but probably crosses the line to abuse in your typical pet or sensitive breeds.
It should be about the breed and not the income.

The training we have received has been amazing. Our girl is older and not a puppy. She had a lot of behaviour issues. We can now go public places we had always avoided. She listens to obedience commands. Rebecca our trainer has been patient and kind and our girl loves her. Andy and Rebecca helped transform our life. Highly recommended.

From the front office staff to the trainers and kennel staff we have always had a positive experience here! Our girl Charlee learned so much during her board and train program and we feel confident knowing she will be well taken care of whenever we board her here!
