DogS Gone Good

I had a terrible experience with this dog training company and would not recommend them to anyone. I spent $2000 for a two-week training program for my 5-month-old puppy, only for him to come back completely untrained and worse than before. I drove an hour to drop him off, trusting that this place would help with potty training, biting, walking on a leash, sit, and stay, but none of these were addressed. Instead of coming home with progress, my puppy returned with rashes all over his body, his ribs showing, and food left uneaten—despite being a pit bull who should be eating 3-4 cups a day. Trisha, the trainer, was nice at first but turned out to be dishonest. She suddenly called us one day saying our dog had red spots and needed to go to the vet immediately, cutting his training short. Yet, when she sent us daily pictures, he was just playing outside—never on a leash, never being trained, just running around with other dogs. When we asked for a refund due to the complete lack of training, we were only offered $200 back. She originally suggested a 20% discount for future training instead of returning most of our money. That’s unacceptable for a service that wasn’t provided. It’s clear this is just a dog boarding business falsely advertising itself as a training facility. If I wanted my dog to just play outside and sit in a cage all day, I wouldn’t have wasted $1,100. My dog shouldn’t have been left outside all day, and he certainly shouldn’t have come back skinnier, untrained, and in worse condition than before. This business is a scam and should be shut down. If you’re considering sending your dog here—DON’T. You’ll waste your money and put your pet at risk.

Man, If I could give this business or company or whatever you call it cause it’s at a HOUSE 0 stars I WOUD!!! This gotta be the most horrible place to take your dogs to. I spent over $1200 for my dog to have a vacation. When I originally was trying to have my dogs trained. I got my dog back and he was worse than before. She said out her mouth she was going to train him but I don’t see any difference. When I had got there, I didn’t like that I couldn’t see where my dog was going to be sleeping, staying, and playing around. You hand your dog off to the lady and she takes my dog immediately to the backyard. No tour, no details, nothing. That was shady. Then she didn’t use my dog toys I brought, the feeding bowls, and leash I got as it look like it hasn’t been used. Which is disgusting cause I’m sure all the dogs she has here, share toys, bowls and whatever else. When I came to pick him up he had a different leash than the one I brought with him which was odd. She had me come pick up my dog early saying he got a skin rash. And to take him to the vet. I paid for two weeks and he didn’t finish even the whole week. I confronted her asking for a refund and how her training didn’t make a difference, all she said was he can come back and get two extra weeks of training, she can come train him at my house, or she can show me what he has learned for a higher refund which is bogus to me. Why do I have to send him to training longer if he wasn’t getting trained in the first place? Why do you have to come visit and show me how you trained him if all your doing is bringing chicken and other human food as treats. Which when he came home he was sick throwing up. The food probably wasn’t cooked correctly, and I don’t even feed my own dog human food like that. I wanted my dog trained to where I don’t have to use treats 24/7. This is not worth the money, time or energy. This whole place screams scam!!!!! No photos or good reviews on this place.
