Dogs In The Office

Emma was so wonderful with my small bichon/poodle, Castle. I searched all over for a trainer for him that I felt comfortable with and that could help him because less of a COVID puppy. She calmed all my worries about leaving him for boarding and training and sent me tons of videos and updates. Now Castle can be calm with guests in the house, can be off leash and comes right back, and be around the 400+ people we live with at a summer camp in Maine! Thank you so much Emma!

We were at a crossroads with our 7 month old black lab rescue puppy and we had heard about Emma from a couple people at Thompson's Field. We finally decided it was time to pull the trigger and do a 2 week board and train as it was getting to the point we could not have him in our house unless he was in the crate. Emma recommended the 2 week b & t since we have 2 small children (1 & 3) and both of us work so the 2 week program would be the best option for us with our lack of time to dedicate to training. Zeus just came back a couple of days ago and he is a new dog. He is listening remarkably well and not getting into EVERYTHING inside the house. We have to be diligent and consistent with the training Emma instilled with him, but he is now truly the dog we have been wanting for our family. The other day, we brought him to the tennis club (for a full 3 hours) and everyone kept asking where we had our dog trained because he was SO well-behaved. We could not recommend Emma at Dogs in the Office enough for her excellent communication, passion for training and knowledge of dogs!!! THANK YOU for everything, Emma!

The first two photos are the day we picked up Winston from the rescue transport. Every dog went to their new owner with ease and then there us. My neighbors would see us walking every day and switch sides of the road or turn another way. After working with Emma and Dogs in the Office, not only do my neighbors complement us and come over to say hello every day, but many neighbors and friends have asked foe Emma’s contact information- and have also been as happy as we are. I will always have Emma for a training session, or at the very least, a refresher, for Winston and me. I highly recommend Emma and Dogs in the Office

Emma is the difference between a great dog and an unruly puupy that can ruin your life! We had our puppy go to 2 classes a week and Emma came and worked with me once a week. It is important to remember you need to put in some work too! Emma will ask you what you want your puppy to learn and take it from there. She is so great with the dogs that they see her as the only one in the room! If you want to have a well behaved dog that's a pleasure to be with...trust Emma!! She is the best!
