He was amazing. I have two shih tzus that have been fighting for months. Scott wasn’t even through the front door and they were listening to him. They jump on everyone and stopped jumping on him the second he came in. I have been scared I was going to have to separate the two dogs and he showed me that I can make it work. Scott's straightforward, no-nonsense approach really works. He breaks it down for you, teaches you how to read your dog, shows you what you're doing incorrectly, and how you should do it instead. The improvement in my ability to handle my dog was immediate.
