Took my puppy here for training and they were unnecessarily rough with all of the dogs and rude to the people who brought their dogs. Didn’t go the last few weeks because the first 5 all they did was have us walk in circles around the room. Not sure what they did in those weeks but every time I took my puppy another dog would bark at him to which he would bark back, and they would put “not a muzzle” (a muzzle) on his nose and he was obviously scared and uncomfortable and was anxious and clearly stressed at least for the rest of the day afterwards every time. They want you to pull your dog by their neck to teach them anything. They throw some sort of metal chain at your dog to scare them if they’re doing something “wrong”. You’re also not allowed to take pictures because if someone sees them “correcting” a dogs behavior in the background it could be misconstrued as abuse (it’s abuse). And if you have to read a quote about how it’s not abuse, seems like it’s abuse to me.. You also can’t pet your dog? One of the teachers also said that we were “a special class” because no one understood what she was telling us to do when walking around the room. I don't know why anyone would want to put their dog through this kind of training but I was told we were going to work on all the puppy behaviors like biting, digging, chewing, etc but they never talked about any of that and just expected everyone to already know. What’s the point of paying for training when they already want you to know what you’re doing? Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or trust them with my dog!
