Didn't think it was all that great of a job done to my dog on the first visit I took her but was pleased with the price so didn't complain. Left the groomer a good size tip and didn't receive a thank you in any form (text, in person etc) claiming it was her day off. Today's visit is the last visit I'll pay for this place to do. I didn't get a progress report on how my dog was either time but was told that if I don't move up her GROOMING visits by 2 weeks they were gonna charge me extra under the guise of BEHAVIORAL issues. Prior to even making the first appt I told them that she needs to be muzzled as she's traumatized by her first groomer cutting her nails to where they bled so she's very defensive anytime anyone touches them. They said that it wasn't an issue or extra charge. She's also NEVER had any negative reports by anyone in her 8 years of grooming in various states as well. That's why today's visit is my last visit here. They have too small of work space, wouldn't accommodate me on changing dates cuz they 'have too many big dogs' so not enough groomers as well as room. My K9 also did not have this much anxiety from other groomers so this dictates to me that I need to change her groomer and place.
