FirstBarkHighly recommend. Dean is an excellent trainer. The first training he brought extra equipment to see what worked best with our dog. He is patient, kind and wonderful with dogs! He even would text me and speak to me on the phone when I had questions or concerns. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Dean is great! I'd recently adopted a rescue that was difficult and scared. He brought out the best in her. Not only did he teach her self control, he taught her awareness. Now she doesn't bolt out the door or pull on the leash. She's a happy girl that gets along well with my other pets and is easy for me to handle. He uses about positive reinforcement!

Dean was absolutely amazing!!! Our rescue dog Peanuts, was a fearful/aggressive barker. The first training session I had to keep Peanuts on leash the entire time. Gradually over our sessions Peanuts loved it when Dean would come and we’d work together with the training. He provided a folder with detailed instructions on the lessons we had done that day I could work with Peanuts to reinforce his training. It was so helpful for me. I got Dean’s name through my neighborhood Facebook group, he came highly recommended and I see why!!! He was very patient with Peanuts and me during the training sessions. Peanuts just graduated just today with his diploma! Oh! Another great thing Dean showed me were homemade toys I could easily make for Peanuts!! We highly recommend Dean for your dog training needs!!!

We enjoyed working with Dean! We needed a refresher course for our family dog and chose Double D Dog Training after he was recommended by numerous friends that had also used his services. We liked that he used positive reinforcement to train, and specifically in our home where we knew precise problem areas/scenarios occurred. He also empowered all members of the family to take part in the training, so everyone felt confident giving our pet commands. It’s actually strengthened the bond each of us have with our dog! Dean is patient, encouraging, informative, and holds you accountable to keep practicing. Thanks for your help, Dean!
Dean was very rude and unprofessional. He asked for all the money upfront and when we asked him why he told us to go look for somebody else if we don’t like it.
