I contacted Willie in hopes to find someone willing to help me with my dog. He has severe social anxiety and fear aggression due to being attacked by another dog. I've worked and talked to many trainers over a 2 year time span (my dog is now 3) and finally Willie wanted to meet not only with me, but also with Max. He's now in his boarding training and I am so excited for him. He gives me updates and pictures. I really cannot thank him enough. We have a lot of work to do, not only with Max, but our other dog as well. Owners also need to put in the work and effort. We are all in.

I used this service for over a year and for the most part was quite pleased with it. I ThOUGHT Willie was responsible and accountable for the employees he hired and the jobs they did for his customers. In June the dog walker that I had had resigned and I got some person named Josh. I noticed when I would come home after work i Aug my dog would have urinate for quite a long time and thougth that was kind of unusual. I boarded my dog with this company when I went on vacation the end of July.From the end of July thru the whole month of Aug I was under the impression that this new dog walker was coming daily at noon to take my dog out while I was at work. I thought it was odd that I never rec' d a notification of appts or an invoice for Aug I emailed Wille inquiring as to why this was,? Was my dog getting walked and who was walking her as I was never formally introduced to the new walker ( as any reputable company would do) I didnt know if it was a he or she , never got any updates that appt were completed ect. (You would think a company would know what their employees are doing--or NOT doing) He emailed back stating he would "look into it" The next day I texted him requesting an update-- and asking if they would still be taking my dog out. He texted me back stating he had "talked to Josh and confirmed he hadnt been walking Millie" AND that he didnt have another walker.. He said and I quote " I understand your frustration Nancy and Im sorry to lose your business as you were a good customer. Can you believe it??? So sad to bad youve been a faithful paying customre for a year and a half but I dont have the manpower to take care of you and by the way sorry I didnt tell you but I didnt even know my employee wasnt doing his job. Im with Petpartners now. A company that knows how to run a business and has accountability for its business and its workers and DOES IT RIGHT. Be ware YA'll if he can do this to me..what makes you think you rate? and please dont use JOSH
