Doyle's Farm Kennels

Jarod and Doyle farm kennels is by far the best obiedence and duck training facilitys around central florida. I have a 11 month old black lab (female) that i purchased from the Ducks Unlimited Lake County Division Banquet last October that has been there for almost 6 months and a 9 month old female black lab that has been there for 4 months. I also have a 5 month old male black lab that will be joining the program on October 1st. Jarod takes alot of pride in all the dogs in his program and is very professional when it comes to handling and training these dogs. The progress me and my wife see each time we go there is remarkable. I stop by at least 2 times a week sometimes unannounced because of my work schedule to check on there progression and Jarod always takes time to explain what they have been working on and teaches me as the owner on how to handle the dogs in a correct manner. Our dogs our are family since we have no kids and there is no one more i would trust with my dogs (kids). We highly recommend Doyle Farm Kennels for all your retriever needs.

First of all, Jerod at Doyle's Farm Kennel is as good as they come. He's extremely professional. Jerod was very accurate and realistic about where my dog would be at what time in his training program. Jerod does not hesitate to update you on your dogs progress and makes it enjoyable for you and your canine. Second comes the physical training, my dog was in his basic retriever program. When I received my dog back from Jerod he was everything I wanted and some. Jerod was right on the money about where my dog would be out of training. My dog excelled at obedience and was looking promising in the retriever aspect. Shortly after he came home he was taken on his first duck hunts. All the correct training had been done and it was like clock work to transition. I never expected a dog to transition from training to hunting so well. Jerod has a passion for what he does and allowing him to develop my dog was the best decision I could have made for him.

Jerod dedicates his time and life to these dogs. I've had several visits down to the kennel and watched the way he works and handles the dogs. It is remarkable in the way he can pull that amount of talent that they possess out of them. His patience is uncanny. He can read a dog and tell you about their personality and adjusts his training to them. He always seems to know what the dogs are going to do and is steadfast in correcting any errors that may incur. I've been in the waterfowl hunting world for many years and I can say I'm extremely impressed with some of the dogs that I've seen go through training at his kennel. You won't be dissatisfied with your choice as selecting DFK to train your companion.

Sending Reed to Jerod for obedience training was the best decision I've made. After getting him back Reed is like a whole new dog! He doesn't run away anymore, he sits and comes when told and stays close to me walking with no leash. Jerod always stayed in touch sending me updates on Reed and allowing me to come visit and work with them. Even after I've gotten him home Jerod has been available for any questions that I have. I definitely recommend him for any of your training needs! You can tell he has a love for the dogs and what he does. I will definitely be sending Reed back to him for retriever training soon!
