Dream Dogs

I love Dream Dogs and most importantly my puppy loves Dream Dogs. He has received great training and so much fun and love over the past 6 months. He gets so excited when he figures out we are on the way to Dream Dogs and when we pull up to start his activity or day care there. Sully has participated in the puppy training program, day care and classes. He has been well taken care of and is fond of his care takers and trainers. And he is becoming a Dream Dog. We look forward to more classes and fun. I highly recommend Dream Dogs.

I took my puppy for training. The indoor facility was filthy (pee from previous training session left for us to avoid) and part of the training was to throw treats on the floor. She picked up a stomach infection that required antibiotics to clear it up. I was told part of my fees would be refunded but that never occurred. The trainer was fine but before you go with a dog you should visit the facility to look at the conditions.

We had used Dream dogs in the past with good experiences and were most disappointed when we chose to board and train our new 9 pound rescue dog Daisy. We were not given daily report cards via email as promised. Our calls were not returned when we wanted to know how she was doing. We were told they were understaffed and it showed. After one week Daisy had learned nothing new and we declined another week of training. Daisy was returned to us with bloody diarrhea and stressed. No one told us she was having a difficult time or no one noticed. Had we known we would have picked her up and done at home one on one training. They were paid for services they did not perform and Lori the owner did not acknowledge our complaints instead we received a call from Miguel and he did not accept accountability for our experience. This is no longer a place to leave your pet. I do not trust their ability to keep your dog safe or to assess and monitor your dog.
