Dynamite Dog Training

My dog loves going to school 2x/week. He's an active puppy that needs activity, so this is great. He not only learns a lot, but gains socialization skills with people and other dogs. I love the video report cards we get each time we go. We either use them just to see what he did that day, or we use them to reinforce what he learned at school by practicing at home with him the same stuff that was in his video report card. It is expensive, but so far it's been very worthwhile.

We only experienced 1/30 minute session at Delray Beach location. Signed up for 8/1 hr private sessions per website and contract (still on web as private one hour classes) Was given a 30 minute session. I called immediately after that initial class and spoke to Kelly who told me that another 30 minutes would be added on to make up for that because possibly the dog was tired, inattentive, etc. After that conversation we were told that all classes were 30 minutes - our invoice clearly states 8/lessons (no time is stated but website even as of today states ONE HOUR PRIVATE LESSONS). We have been back and forth an untold amount of times by email. We simply wanted the 8 - ONE HOUR classes to be honored or refunded the $1000.00. We were not backing out of taking the classes- that’s important to note. Again with the back and forth emails. We finally received a partial refund of $795.00. I am fine with paying for the 30 minute class but at the rate we were given. The emails continue and the story changes with every one - the last stating that there was an $80.00 Admin Fee - where did that come from? Also, we have requested numerous times to speak to a Supervisor and not given the information (on vacation, then Kelly was on vacation- we aren’t even sure there is a Supervisor) Why they won’t honor the contract I don’t know. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my CC company. Hopefully with my invoice, website, and all the emails this situation will be resolved. I don’t see this as a reflection on the training- we only had 30 minutes, but I would not do business here if the contractual agreement isn’t being honored.
