**EDIT: DO NOT GO HERE! If you do at the bare minimum bring your own tools. We left a great review and thought we had a great expierence. However the following day my doggy pure breed golden retriever zero health issues prior to us visiting this place. She was lethargic and refused to eat. We rushed her into the vet that turned into emergency. My baby within a day was hanging onto life. After getting her stable running tests and doing everything we could the results showed a severe infection WBC 3x, from the brushes we used at this place. It has scraped down her complete back. We had assistance from the tech as you see below from the orginal review. Our vet had seen multiple patients, 1 resulting in a passing of a doggy with the same exact thing. Thankfully my dog is healthy and okay today. However when I brought this to the attention of the owners they were not apologetic or concerned for my girl. We requested $2000 to cover only the vet bills not to mention the distress and emotional trauma this caused us for weeks to make sure she would survive. We didnt hear anything from them for over a week. During that time i looked online and found someone else had the same expiernce. They refused it stating it was a lie from the company they bought out. We called to get any update. After more time past we received a random call from an insurance company asking for details. I provided them with all the proof. They came back stating it's a self service dog wash and they are not responsible. We let it go honestly because if life and we were lucky to have our girl here with us. Until this week when our friends had the same experience. I can't keep silent about our expierence. Living in a small valley and this being a small business i would think they would handle this better. ** First time coming in. The at home bath tub is not working with our golden anymore. My back is killing me. I absolutely can not say enough great things. From Tessa who helped us out from the second she welcomed us in the door. Escorted us to the wash station and showed us the ropes. The tub was awesome great pressure. The best part is the ear wrap they put on your dog during the drying process this helped her so much with the noise. We will be back. I would love to see a membership option.
