Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine,
Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work.

My dog is a different dog now. He was a biter! Almost bit my thumb off . Also bit a neighbor 2 times. It was a new thing I had him 2 and 1/2 years and he never did anything like that before. He is listening and the ecollar is really effective! I just have to say Im'
getting the zapper and he comes to me in a down position. Do you have a solution to why ecollar is not holding charge? Thank

Love my e-collar. Second one I have owned. However this review is about the customer service I received. I bought a wing for my receiver which I highly recommend! I have a 120lb Cane Corso, and one of the wings came loose, so I called to order another one. One of the shortest waits I have had on the phone waiting to speak to a representative. He name was Amber and she provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me as I tried to describe what I needed. She helped me all the way through check out, and the wing arrived just a few days after speaking with her. Thank you so much Amber!!
