Garrett’s / E-Z K9’S dog training is EXCEPTIONAL! So very grateful & highly recommend! My dog was pretty good with the basics, but being around strangers and meeting new people were anxiety causing for him and concerns for me. Fortunately, I had a recommendation to work with Garrett – so happy we followed through! Through the training process, my dog grew in his training, my confidence in his training grew, and my ‘how to speak dog’ knowledge and confidence has grown. As soon as we had our evaluation session, I knew Garrett was the trainer we needed to work with. He was not only fantastic with my dog and my dog was quickly at ease with him, he was also great with all my questions, and his knowledge about dogs and training were abundantly clear! I was sold on his approach and excited for the incredibly thorough process he would go through when I picked up Ro – to ensure I was comfortable with all the new tools from the training and understanding the dynamics behind it. We signed up immediately for the board and train. The training and post-training pick-up experience was AMAZING! So many highlights: hearing stories and progress updates; my training on the tools and philosophy of the training process (lots of notes :)); witnessing the improvements from the training; practicing the new tools with trainer guidance; strengthening my confidence to reinforce the strong foundation that had been built. The ultimate Fabulousness though – Ro’s responsiveness to me and commands - around the house, on walks, and experiences with friends. We are both so much happier! Thank you again and again Garrett! And…looking forward to a couple follow-up sessions to improve my 'speak dog' confidence so Ro and I can expand our social experiences even more - thanks for offering those as part of the board & train!

I can describe Garrett as trustworthy, committed & most important understanding towards the needs of the client and the dog. With his outstanding training abilities, communication skills & e-collar knowledge in 2 weeks was able to transform my dog into a “considerate canine”. I came with a lab that pulled and was distracted on walks and now we walk relaxed and confident. More controllable in & out of the house. Playtime is more enjoyable. We are still learning and Garrett is someone I can count on for the life of my dog! Thanks!

E-Z K9’s Stay and Train program was a life changer for my 2 year Catahoula healer! She had bad habits of excessive leash tugging, a nonstop play time mindset, obnoxious jumping and biting, and aggression towards people. After two weeks of training with E-Z K9, she heals on command with little to no pulling, has perfected the art of doing nothing, and greets friends and strangers by sitting at their feet. This dog training experience has changed our life. We have a new dog!!! Our pet is now obedient and pleasant to take out in public while we are confident and in control! Once, walking was a chore and an embarrassment, now he heels and we control his leash with one finger....he is always by our side! He obeys the commands we give him and we are all consistent and speaking the same language. Yes, we now speak dog! You will be amazed at the transformation Garrett and his training program provide.
