If I could could give negative stars I absolutely would. Complete disappointment. Her idea of helping my dog reactive dog was just to take my shock collar and turn it up to the highest setting and zap him with any reaction. He was 10x worse after the one session. She leaned over him to take off his collar at the end and he reacted and attempted to bite her (never tried to attack a person before). She held his front legs off the ground for at least 20 seconds choking him with a prong collar. I paid for a package of training session and explained to her I did not want to continue with the sessions and asked for a refund of which she agreed to. But then there was always an excuse as to why I couldn't get my money back. I asked multiple times and never saw a dime. Honestly it's what ever at this point but she should not be allowed to train dogs. There was also an issue of even getting her to come do the training. It was only one session and she had to reschedule a couple times. She told me she has a German Shepherd that is aggresive towards her husband but that shes okay with that. Should have been a red flag. I was stupid and picked someone who was cheaper. Save yourself and your dog and go to a real trainer.

EDIT TO ADD- most of the positive reviews on this are actually made by friends of Rachel’s and not actual customers. Please save your money and time and book elsewhere !!!!!!Rachel did not show up numerous times- would ignore texts time and time again. We finally got a refund (after threatening legal action) and now she is demanding the refund back ?????? She scammed us from the beginning begging for a second chance after a horrible first session where she brought her dog that barked and bark and barked from her car the entire session. She is absolutely awful to work with. Save yourself the frustration and get a training collar and train the dog yourself.

We got a puppy from Rachael. It was supposed to be trained and housebroken. She kept it an extra month. The pup was not housebroken does not walk quietly on a leash. Always messes in her crate ! We paid $2600 for a pup for my husband who has parkinsons While this pup is adorable. It is totally untrained. She promises to come work with it here every Saturday. She never came. Always had some excuse. So I am totally disappointed in this service and her. I highly do NOT a recommend her at all.
