Frozen was all we could have asked for in a trainer. We started training at our wits end with our dog who seemed out of control and simply “too much.” Frozen provided us immediately with the tools we needed to get him under control and provide him with the tools he needed for emotional regulation. Throughout our 8 weeks with Frozen, we saw our dog fulfill the potential we knew he had in him all along and made our day to day life so much smoother. My only regret is not reaching out sooner

I can't speak highly enough of Frozen and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help them train their canine family member. They are reasonable, honest, easy to work with and make for a great partner to get your dog on the right path. Perhaps most importantly, they will set realistic expectations and be very up front about the challenges in correcting certain behaviors or working with specific cases. We are extremely grateful to have been connected with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again ourselves.

Fish has gone from an overstimulated out of control peanut brain puppy to a confident more in control peanut brain puppy!! Frozen catered our 6 weeks together to fit the needs of both me and Fish, which really meant a lot to us. Frozen even did a few sessions with Fish when I wasn’t home so we could see how he reacted to someone else letting him out. Fish and I are incredibly thankful we found Egghead Canine Education!! We’ll definitely be back for refresher courses and advanced training! NEW REVIEW: Fish and I finished a 4 week refresher course with Egghead Canine Education. We were in need of training because I was starting to get worried my 45lb+ dog was going to hurt my wrist/shoulder with how he would lunge excitedly at other dogs and people when on walks. We are a little over a week out from our last session and Fish has shown so much progress! Yesterday while on a walk Fish saw a small off leash dog with its owner 20-30 feet away. Instead of reacting, he went into a sit on his own and was able to check in with me while he observed the dog for a few minutes. Then today when we stepped off our front steps, two very reactive dogs and their owner came around the corner and surprised us. I was able to quickly redirect Fish and get him to wait patiently and calmly on the porch for the dogs to cross the street. We 💛 Egghead Canine Education!!

Frozen is very skilled and worked in our home with us to customize a package of training classes to help our new rescue pup get more comfy with guests and walks in our neighborhood. All of the skills from each class were sent via email for us to review throughout the week and we witnessed great improvement in a short period of time. Even a skill we started learning on our last class was taught in a comprehensive enough way that I could build on it despite classes being completed. Very pleased!

Frozen is an incredible, knowledgeable, flexible, and thoughtful person to work with. They worked to develop a specialized training plan for our easily overstimulated and distractible pup, and we saw a noticeable change almost immediately. After a short 6 weeks, Hilda is a different dog, and we now have the tools to keep working with her to help her exist in the world more peacefully. We couldn't be more grateful for our experience with Frozen and recommend them HIGHLY to anyone looking for more tools to understand and communicate with their pup.
