I’d like to take a moment and express how immeasurably grateful I am to Jocelyn, owner of Elated Canine, for the tireless help she has provided to my family and I. A family member suddenly passed away and left behind an older “misunderstood” sweet dog. My family and I heartbreakingly could not take the dog. Jocelyn immediately stepped up and through her connections helped to find an independent foster (who went on to become his new mom), helped my relative’s dog overcome his loss, and has helped him reacclimate to life and find his spark again, all while being kind, patient, and caring toward us. She has been a pillar of strength, knowledge, experience, and an asset to the family. Jocelyn shared frequent video clips of her walks and training sessions with our relative’s dog, and her enthusiasm, positive training methods, compassion, and skills were not only apparent in the clips, but also quickly shined through in his life and daily progress. Jocelyn at Elated Canine is truly an invaluable resource to the community and dogs especially to those that are misunderstood and provides the tools and knowledge to help enhance & enrich not only your dog’s life but also the relationship with your dog. THANK YOU, Jocelyn, for seeing the love that our late family member’s dog truly is, for not giving up on him, for diligently working with him, and for bringing smiles back to his face. Jocelyn came to us shortly after we got our third pup. She is positive, calm, and always ready to help. Our three dogs all have very different personalities and needs and she worked with us to make a plan for each one of them. The change we see has been night and day. We can enjoy the dogs and having people over to the house now! Elated Canine is the only place I’d trust with my dogs for training and support.
