We appreciate all feedback, even when it's critical, as it helps us refine our process. We’re sorry to hear that you were frustrated with our sign-up process. After reviewing our records, including the call recording from 2/26, we can confirm that we provided you with the correct sign-up form URL at elitedogs.com/signup during that conversation. After a separate phone call, we also sent a supplemental form to gather additional details in an effort to move things along more efficiently for you. This form isn’t required to get started but is sometimes used to speed up the process when possible. We recognize that we could have made this clearer in our communication, and we’ve addressed that internally. The first training form you filled out has a clear description on top which says: 
"Expect a response within a week (that's 7 human days) after your submission, where we'll go over our program options and available dates. We handle requests the good old-fashioned way—first come, first served. Just a heads-up, our top-notch training programs are often booked over 6 months in advance." This information is included upfront to set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings. Additionally, due to the high demand for our board-and-train programs, we receive hundreds of requests in the short windows our forms are open, which is why we emphasize response times and availability from the start. While we regret that we couldn’t accommodate your preferred dates, our availability is made clear prior to any application. Given that we followed our standard process and made efforts to assist you more efficiently, we respectfully ask you to reconsider your rating, as we don’t believe it accurately reflects the level of service we work hard to provide.
