Elite Dogs Training & Boarding

The team at Elite are awesome. I have two small dogs that like to go on hunger strikes occasionally. No fault of the kennel. I can have them stay with family members that they know well, and they will sometimes do the same thing. Elite knows what to do and help get them to eat. I want to mention it was pouring rain when I picked them up today and they graciously had someone escort me to the car with an umbrella to keep us dry. (They just had a bath and looked and smelled fabulous.) I'm very pleased with Elite Dog Training & Boarding and would highly recommend them.

Elite Dogs Training and Boarding took excellent care of my dog and made a stressful, last-minute situation much easier. They were able to take my dog in the same day I called to make a reservation, which I truly appreciated. Alyssa handled most of the communication, and she was consistently responsive and thoughtful. I received frequent updates by phone or email, which was reassuring, especially since my dog has some anxiety. Alyssa kept me informed about her behavior, asked good questions about what might help, and clearly paid attention to the details. They were also very conscientious about my dog’s eating. When additional food I had ordered didn’t arrive in time, they mixed the dry food I dropped off with canned food and even baby food they had available, while being careful to avoid anything she’s allergic to. It was clear they were paying close attention and making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. At one point, Alyssa even offered to drop off canned food I had ordered via Amazon if it arrived too late, which was unexpected and very kind. Overall, Elite Dogs Training and Boarding was a really positive experience, especially for someone like me who doesn’t board her dog very often. I felt informed and confident that my dog was in good hands, and I would happily recommend them to others.

Winston arrived for a week of boarding. He knows the workers at elite dog and is comfortable with them. Winston loves water and was able to get some pool time. Winston was given a bath prior to picking him up. He looked and smelled clean. Once we got him home he has been resting. So it seems like he had a lot of activity at elite dogs kennel. Thanks for taking such good care of Winston we will not hesitate to schedule another boarding with Elite Dog in the future.
