FirstBarkWe LOVE Tara! She’s helped us with our dutchie Oakley and our German shepherd Nala! She’s taught us so much when it comes to obedience and also has a great boarding facility. I trust all the staff she has working there! She’s very reasonably priced and would always recommend her!!

We have been training dogs for 30+ years coast to coast, so with the many years of being in service to humans and canines alike, we have learned not one way is the “right” way! We are based in Vero Beach, Florida, we provide “in home” and “in kennel” quality obedience training options, along with many different fun options for busy households. We were honestly so stressed about leaving Max because he’s a reactive dog and doesn’t get along with just anyone. But Mrs. Tara and Rick did an amazing job with him! Tara at ELITE FLORIDA CANINE COLLEGE, Is the ultimate dog trainer that I have met in my 73 years. I have had many different types of dogs through my life. I now have a Havanese that I purchased at eight weeks old. Since it was suggested to me by my main doctor at Mayo Clinic that a Service dog would be very helpful with my medical condition. My puppy Turned out to be exceptionally energetic.Throughout my life, I have purchased very many books on training Dogs, and worked very well with all of them, except this one. Faith was too much for me to handle. I was about to give up and take her back to the breeder. When a Neighbor told me their dog was a problem Dog also until Tara started the training. I watched my neighbors dog. It was a crazy Labradoodle puppy. That was out of control. Then I noticed later, it was one of the best behave small dogs I have ever seen. I didn’t think I would ever need a trainer for a dog, but the best thing I have ever done was contacted Tara. All I can tell you she, is absolutely amazing. Now at 1 1/2 year-old Havinees, Faith, is it a loving, wonderful, Extremely intelligent, Certified Working Service Dog. Through the help of Tara. Shortly after purchasing Faith, I prepaid for a international service Dog Training certification 2 year Course. I gave up on it, but after Tara worked with me to get Faith certified as a working service dog, it was quite easy for me to now have Faith go through the international service Dog Training course and pass it very quickly with no problem. Now FAITH has completed 2 different certifications for Service Dog. Along with another international flying commercial with a service dog. In addition, she also now has several AKC certifications titles behind her name. None of them for show, all for accomplishment, different task. None of this would’ve even been possible without Tara. Tara Has actually been a Blessing to me and I mean that with all my Heat.
Was not sure if our dog could be trained but here, we are after only 5 lessons, living with a dog that responds to directions. Life is so much easier.
Tara instructed me and our puppy Harry for 2 rounds of puppy training and 5 weeks of service dog training. He’s still hardly perfect but he gets better every day building on the foundation Tara built.
