Elite K-911 Dog Training, Grooming & Boarding

Elite K911 is where you want to go for training, grooming, and over all fun for your dog. Chuck, the owner started with training pitbulls and in 2008 opened Elite K911. As his reputation grew, he added to his services. He added a daycare located on Victory Ave, built a fun area with a pond for Adult Socials and added buildings. I recommend you check out their videos. They host Puppy Socials, as well. Personally, I met Chuck when my daughter and her friend decided to built a dog park for their Gold Award in Girl Scouts. He was a big supporter and help. I trust Chuck and his staff explicitly. You and your dog can, too.

Holly is amazing! My parents were faced with a unique situation where they were left with my brother’s dogs while he was deployed with the military. He has two pit bull rescues with very little training and they are in their 60s with no fence. I reached out to Holly to see if she could help advise us on options that would help to calm the dogs down and help my parents calm down as well. She ended up talking to my parents on the phone in a neutral calming informative fashion. It allowed them to hear solutions in a way that wasn’t condescending or accusatory. We ended up finding a different solution for the dogs that involved watching them in their own environment while my brother was away. But Holly’s guidance gave everyone the information needed to allow them to do what was right for the dog and my parents. We were beyond grateful for her help and expertise. She was able to calmly assess the situation over the phone and help us to reach the correct solution. She is truly working at an impressive level and anyone would be happy with trusting their dog’s care with her.

Holly and Chuck have gone above and beyond for us and our dogs. We recently noticed some resource guarding in our older dog that has led to some fights between the two of them. We are only just beginning this journey but with the few times we met with Elite K 911, we already see progression between them. We are very optimistic for the future as we implement these new strategies we have learned and gain leadership over our pack! They genuinely care and want to see us succeed.

I've had the best experience with Elite K911 and I had a great feeling from the first consultation with our trainer, Andrea. She listened to the issues I was having with my puppy and immediately gave me some tips to work on at home with him. During our 1-1 sessions together, everything was explained in a matter which I was able to understand and put into practice. Recently, he did a 2-week board and train and when my puppy came back home he was definitely much more well behaved. All the trainers there give you the tools you need to succeed with your dog. My Husky puppy also sees, Anna, the groomer. She is so patient and takes fantastic care of him. I would 100% recommend Elite K911 to my friends and family.

I would not recommend. When I went for a consultation, I felt the trainer had Instant judgement of my dogs and made me feel like a terrible dog mom. I felt bullied into making a deposit before I left so I did. After going home and thinking about the trainer and the techniques I decided I did not feel comfortable with him. When I told them this a couple weeks before my first session(it also took me 3 different tries to get someone on the phone) they told me they would not give any money back from my deposit. She told me she would have the manager call me and she never did. I think their customer service is not good and no employee there was friendly or seemed to be happy they were there.
