Friendly customer service when setting up my evaluation for my two dogs. I was concerned about resource guarding since I bringing a second dog in my home. It took a month to be seen but was cancelled due to weather. I finally was able to bring the dogs in for an evaluation at a cost $155. The reception area, receptionist and evaluation room were very nice. By the time we got the dogs in and our trainer, Elise, came in we were ten minutes into our 1 hour evaluation that I had 2 pay double since I had 2 dogs even though I didn’t get double the time (Perhaps, I should have booked two separate appointments to get more bang for my buck). Elise spent 30 minutes asking me questions about my dogs. Then she handed me a price list in a binder as said she recommended 3 to 4 weeks board training for both dogs at a cost of $5,000 per dog for 4 weeks. When I mentioned the concern about boarding my older dog due to her anxiety, Elise did not offer any solutions. Also, I didn’t feel she had a connection with the dogs. While that might not be a necessity to train a dog well, it would have made me more comfortable in leaving my dog with strangers 24/7 for a month. Update: I was contacted by EliteK911 for a free evaluation with their head trainer Brian. Their immediate response to my issue was greatly appreciated.
