The team at Elite K9 service is amazing ! I was fortunate to work with Elliott (the dog whisperer), Emily, and Vincente. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The team is committed to helping you and your dog to understand each other better, thus forming a powerful bond between you and your dog. My dog, Elvis, now behaves appropriately at home, when guests arrive to my home, when we are at other peoples’ homes, and when we go out in public. Many of my friends have asked me how my dog became so well behaved so very quickly. And I provide them with Elliott’s information at Elite K9 Dog Training school in Plant City, FL. I find it to be the best investment you can make for your dog and yourself.

Update: I completed one session before I expressed concern and asked for a refund — not to “scam” anyone, but because the methods used weren’t safe for my puppy. I wasn’t aggressive. I asked three times before escalating. I see that my review has been dismissed with the exact same wording as other reviews with the same problems. Claiming to have worked with 1,500 dogs doesn’t excuse violating trust, disregarding consent, or hiding behind vague “policies” that were never shown or signed. Experience is meaningless without ethics. Heads-up for anyone considering this trainer: they pressured me into a package, told cancellation wasn’t possible, and refused to issue a refund for unused sessions. The methods (like leash yanking and overly long sessions) weren’t safe for my puppy. Trust your gut and research before signing anything.
