We have been very happy with both the daycare and boarding at Elite Training. Ivan is knowledgeable about dog behavior, understanding of dogs at different stages of their development, and clearly a lover of dogs! Our dog has been able to be successful in daycare due to Ivan’s schedule throughout the day which provides structure, as well as the supervision of play and interaction. Our dog can’t wait to get there in the morning and whines in the car when we leave…that says it all!

I think My words of appreciation would be and understatement. The care that my Dog Blake received/receives from Ivan, Jen, and Blake’s new cousins at Elite Training has been and is so Rewarding. Blake level of obedience is Awesome.. Ivan from the day you walked in my place I received nothing but Trust, Compassion and Empathy. Jen instilled the same. Never once when I needed the team they wasn’t available. I look forward to Blake coming back all the way from Maryland which we did about three times already. I can’t and don’t think I will trust anyone else with My Blake’s Care and Training. To our New Family Ivan, Jen and Your team. Thanks A Million times over.🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏼

Elite Training Center did great with my puppy seven. He was pretty uncontrollable before and I struggled a lot with him. Since coming back he is more tolerable and I have a good idea on what to work with him on! I also appreciated the updates via the weekly report cards! update:I was suppose to get a free lesson which i never received.. I also never received my puppies grey blanket back. I’m sure this situation could’ve been rectified but they have not reached out to me again to reschedule or anything in over a month. At this point I no longer want to work with this company.

Leo was already crate trained and Potty/pee trained when we singed up for this program. He was at about 40-50% accuracy with sit and off command when he left for the boarding and training with Ivan. I clearly told the trainer Ivan that we need help with Heel (cue), Loose Leash Walking, jumping on people, other pets and kids while walking him and running after cars and sometime barking as well. None of these were addressed in the 2 weeks program. He also does not know basic commands like Sit and stay, Down, Crate. The trainer asked us to train those commands at home which is a pity after we needed up paying $2300 for this program. I do not think this program is worth the price and we should have Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. We am still waiting for his 2nd hand over session and will discuss these issues with Ivan, Leo's trainer. Btw, Leo is a 4 months old Goldendoodle (F1BB). I will update reviews here when/if we are satisfied.
