Elizabeth Ingalls Dog Behavior and Training

Where do I even begin! Our situation with our dogs is a very difficult and complicated one. I feel like I could write a whole book on it but to sum it up, our Pyr/St Bernard mix (14 months old at the time) and our cattle/chow mix (7 yrs old) suddenly no longer got along….and by that, I mean Odin (the Pyr) wanted to full on kill Zebb anytime Zebb got a little bossy with him. My dogs are my world so this sudden change absolutely broke my heart and left me feeling lost and hopeless. Elizabeth came to our rescue and has been amazing in helping us navigate through this. Elizabeth’s training methods are humane and she demonstrates/explains the training exercises so that it is easy to understand. It’s a lot of work and we have a long way to go (my boys still need to be kept separate from each other) but Elizabeth’s training has brought a lot of positive changes and has given me hope. I highly recommend her and look forward to continuing our training sessions down the line.

Elizabeth is amazing. After rescuing our young adult Great Pyr, we had so many challenges with her in our home. Elizabeth helped us understand the breed better and gave us ways to manage all of the issues that seemed insurmountable before. We went from feeling like we would have to rehome our dog to feeling we could handle the situation. We’ve learned to love our sweet girl for who she is and can’t thank Elizabeth enough!

We were at the end of our rope with our standard poodle pup. We'd tried obedience school but it just wasn't getting at our pup's reactive behavior about walks and anxiety about noises and strangers. In one Zoom session and one in-person session, Elizabeth Ingalls introduced us to a whole new approach and had our sweet little pup walking like a champ and nowhere near as reactive. After two sessions, we had a much happier pup, not to mention a much happier household. Elizabeth is engaging and extremely knowledgeable, and our sessions were fun and incredibly productive. Highly recommend.

We reached out to Elizabeth for help with training our Great Pyrenees rescue who had leash reactivity and difficulty in new situations. She is a kind, caring, efficient trainer and gently guided us through her program using methods that work! Training is hard but Elizabeth breaks down the steps into more manageable sessions that are easier to follow. She treats our dog like she treats her own and he looks forward to seeing her each visit. I would definitely recommend her for any dog training needs.
