EPIC DOG PROS

We almost went with this company. Dylan was all excited and cool in the beginning. He told us 4 sessions it would be great and if we needed another session he would throw that in for free. We went and checked his group sessions out and to meet him. He brought his dog with him and would not get close to our dog. He then tells my husband after meeting our dog we would need the 12 lesson package. We said we will start with 4 which made me nervous if he would even give our dog his all after trying to sell us 12. My husband then proceeded to contact him to let him know that we would start in two weeks as we talked about 4 lessons. He no longer would respond back. We explained our financial situation and what we were able to do. He never responded. He is definately a salesman just going after money. We have decided to go with someone else. My gut feeling is not to train with him. Also after some of the other reviews i read it makes so much sense now.

We moved cities just to be closer to Epic Dog Pros because we loved it there so much, our dog was doing INCREDIBLE working with Vince and Arturo. At the time the training service was a team that is now split up. Dylan kept Epic Dog Pros, and now it is no longer for the love of the dogs, its all about profit. He even has a How To video for trainers to close deals with customers, not for the love of dogs at all. It is impossible to keep communication with. He's manipulative and rude to so many of his own customers. He's not a very good trainer either, we didn't care to work with Dylan even when EpicDP were the same team. When we attempted to return to Epic Dog Pros and work with Dylan because thats the company our contract was with originally, he entirely misidentified our dogs behaviors we were working on with Vince and Arturo, and he did so in a painfully arrogant manner. I will go OUT OF MY WAY to train my dog with the half of the team that spilt with Epic Dog Pros. They're called Epic Dog Academy by the way and they're still awesome.
