Nick is an incredible trainer. My puppy is a rescue beagle mix and she's my first dog, there was a steep learning curve! She had very little impulse control and I was really struggling with her behavior inside the house and her prey drive. After doing a 5 week board and train with Nick, she has impulse control, she doesn't try to get food off the counter, doesn't chew or destroy anything, no longer cries in the crate, will go to and stay in "place", lays down on command, her recall is almost perfect, she even heels while off leash so I can walk around without worrying she's going to run off. Anytime I have a question or need help, Nick responds within an hour or so and we are continuing to work together so that I also know how to train Franny. 10/10 would recommend.

Working with Nick has been absolute game changer for me and my pup. He’s taught both of us so much about structure and relationship building. These tools have helped create a structure in which my very excitable pup is now able to relax and stay cool calm and collected in the house, and has more liberties outside. We've had a wonderful experience with Nick. We noticed a behavioral shift of our pandemic pup (to quote the vet, the pup entered her "angsty teen" phase) and we knew we needed a trainer with experience with training formerly feral dogs. Nick showed us how to bond with our pup and how to foster a trusting relationship between us and the pup. Nick equipped us with a toolbox full of exercises to practice and is available anytime we have any questions while doing our homework. Nick also has worked with us introducing our pup to other dogs, something that we've been nervous to do for a while given our pup's fear of dogs. We've seen a truly amazing change in our pup so far and we can't recommend Nick highly enough.

Nick worked wonders with my nervous, reactive dog dealing with a separation anxiety. My dog went from struggling on just daily walks, not being able to play well with other dogs and living in a busy apartment building to being confident around any other dogs regardless of their level of training or actions. He gave me the tools and knowledge to have the relationship and daily life with my dog that is completely stress free and trusting. I trust him to watch my dog more than anyone else! He’s amazing!
