Mar Lee is 100% correct. We do NOT train your dog. We train you to train your dog. We are NOT a boarding kennel. She is correct the first sentence when she states: “They do not train your dogs, you train your own dog.” We provide in person training and include a video course for you to use in between sessions. The video course is to assist the dog owner and provide support after coming to the in person training. Eric Letendre’s Dog Training School’s training provides new puppy owners with a five week, in person training. Included with the once a week training session we offer two puppy play sessions every week. This is included to give the puppy socialization they need. Everyone who attends gets a copy of my book, access to an online digital training course to give extra support. We also give FREE follow up training sessions. If the puppy owner has ANY problems once the course is completed they can bring their dog back anytime. We’ve had dog owners come back five years later for training. NO CHARGE! No other puppy training class comes close to the value and, training and support we offer. You can compare and training program on the SOuth Coast with ours and it won’t come close to what we provide. Do some research and see for yourself. No other training school has as many five star reviews, No other school has been voted best dog trainer four years in a row. Mar Lee wanted to drop her dog off and come back in an hour. We never offer that training. If you read her words she states: “Nor do I want to train my own dog (it's twice the work).” My friend Matt Betts over at K9 Instincts in Portsmouth Ri does that type of training. That type of training is a minimum $3000 compared to the price of my course. It is unfortunate but there are people you just can't please or help. I offered to do private lessons in place of the group classes. She refused. I don't offer refunds because I cant put a guarantee on a dog's behavior. No one can. Even though I don't do refunds I still refunded her $150 after she had been to two training sessions, has a copy of my book and access to my online course. My online dog training course alone sells for $149. The one thing I do guarantee is I’ll do EVERYTHING I can to help you train your dog. Which is why I have 183 five star reviews. You don’t stay in the dog training business for 28 years by offering bad service. You don’t get voted best dog trainer on the South Coast four years in a row by treating people badly.
