In April 2022, we rescued a Momma and her puppy. For the first year, we tried to train them ourselves but, as our puppy, Buddy, grew, we realized we were in over our heads. I introduced myself to Tasha at an event when I noticed her Essential Training sweatshirt. She was so gracious and easy to talk to. We quickly set up a meet and greet with the pups. Tasha’s kind and patient approach to training was a blessing! Her obvious love for animals shines through in all of our training sessions. And her gentle guidance boosted our confidence and enabled us to practice and carry through with her suggestions on our own. Tasha checks in to see how we are doing. Absolutely amazing! She helped me turn my little velociraptor and my giant T Rex into perfect gentlemen! She’s always ready for a question and will walk you through the process of a command rather than just expecting the my dogs to do it. My Coda and Jethro love her to pieces!

Essential Dog Training is a 10 /10 in my book. Tasha is by far the best in the business. I did a three week train and stay for my Australian Cattle Dog Kash. She is super thorough from the first time she came to the house to identify the dogs behavior issues to the custom training regiment she designed around him. She even added a few tricks to his vocabulary and helped get him to be a pro with the ones previously learned. Just the confidence that she helped build in this guy is amazing. Between the updates while he was there and even checking in after the training was all done and my pup came home. I had total assurance the entire time my pup was in the best hands. Thanks again to Essential Dog Training and especially to Tasha you are the best.
