Eternal K9 Dog Training

When we were looking for training for our newly acquired Rotti we had no experience with trying to train some of the issues we needed help with. We live in South Bend and frequent New Carlisle often and had passed the Eternal K9 before so we stopped by and talked with Molly for a bit, I knew right away this was the place we needed. We went with the 2 week Board and Train we went over some of the issues that we were having so they could work on those as well and I will say that we can't be anymore pleased with the training and care that this team gave us. When we picked Maizie up we had a session with her trainer Meagan and she stepped us through some of the things we needed to know to continue to train with her. A week after there was a session with us and Maizie to see how things were going and lots of information to help us continue to learn and train. Then a 2nd training in person with Maizie and that was also great and informing. These trainers are very nice and informative, helpful and gave us the tools to work with our dog to become more pleasant to be around and not worry about jumping, barking uncontrollably, how to get on her climb and calm herself. I know this is long and I hope you've take the time to read to the end because I just want to say this is a group of very talented trainers that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to. Thank you Molly, Meagan and Kenzi for all you training and guidance to us afterwards. I look forward to continuing to learn and train as we go forward you are all amazing and we couldn't have had a better experience. Maizie says thank you and sends kisses.

I truly can’t speak highly enough of our experience. We’d tried another trainer and the bottom line is it didn’t help 😉 and if you’ve also done this and spent the money? You too may be hesitant to try again but after a close friend’s referral, I’m so glad we made this investment. (And as a dog mom, I was having some serious worries/panic about sending him away for two weeks). But after working with K9 board and train, our sweet puppy (who didn’t listen to us …) now listens. Walks are not only more manageable but enjoyable. He comes inside when I ask. Etc. These folks know what they’re doing and I can’t recommend enough.

After two weeks in the Board and Train program at Eternal K-9, our 7 month German Shepherd is back and he’s a delight!!!! He’s been home for two weeks now and his training is even rubbing off on our other two older dogs (they’re a bit rambunctious)! I was able to take him for a walk the other day and he was within 15 yards of a young deer and looked to me for guidance! We sat still for a bit while the buck and the dog looked at one another and then we carried on with our peaceful and fun walk! Our family is able to enjoy his full personality (including the wild side) because now he understands when it’s time to settle down. I will ALWAYS get help to train my dogs in the future. What a smart investment! 👍
