Nate and his team have been absolutely incredible to work with. We started private lessons when we first adopted our dog, Winston, in September 2024. Winston has a great heart and a good brain, but he can be stubborn. After some time away, Winston joined Nate again for a board-and-train program while we were away. He came home a totally new dog—but in the best way possible. Nate fine-tuned his obedience commands, established clear boundaries, and addressed unsafe behaviors, like jumping when he became excited. He also e-collar trained Winston and safely introduced him to chickens, horses, other dogs, cats, and new people. Just this morning, we had an unexpected encounter with four deer while doing our morning farm chores. I gave Winston one “down” command, and he immediately laid down and held his position, even as the deer took off running. Before working with Nate, Winston would have taken off after them, and I would have had a long morning trying to get him back. Thanks to Nate and his team, Winston now has a reliable recall and can truly enjoy the freedoms of being a dog. He gets to join us on more adventures, experience new things, and be around people without us constantly having to worry. Seeing the difference in him has been incredible. This is truly the best thing we could have done for Winston and for our family. I HIGHLY recommend Every Day Canine to anyone with a dog. I came to Every Day Canine for help with my 10 year old Great Pyrenees followed by my two year old Belgian Malinois. Not only does Nate give you the help you need with any problems you have, but he also breaks down every step of how he fixes the problems and why it works. It opens your eyes to the world of dog training and dog behavior, and helps you understand your dog 100% better than ever before. Both of my dogs are amazing and go with me everywhere now, and I finally feel like I’m communicating with them instead of managing them. It sparked my love for learning all over again and helped inspire me to train dogs as well, so I can share the amazing world of dogs with others. Absolutely worth every penny, and with Nate’s guidance I hope to be as good as him one day!

I was ready to rehome my rescue dog of 5 months. He was over protective of me and out of control every time we left home. He was aggressive and an accident waiting to happen.
