FirstBarkMy puppy Cooper, a 10-month-old Lab, and I just finished our second class with The Exceptional Pet, and I just signed up for our next one - can't wait! We've worked with Donna and Sandy and they've both been terrific - great with dogs and people! The classes are helpful, hands-on, and beautifully organized. I highly recommend.

German Shepherds have a naturally protective nature — it’s part of their DNA. Our Misha, a white German Shepherd, was no exception, and it was very important for us to help him develop positive social skills and friendliness toward people and different environments. Since he was 2.5 months old, we enrolled him in Exception Pets’ Socialization Class, where he interacted with other dogs and their owners. The classes are professionally organized and supervised, and they made a huge impact on his growth and confidence. Donna and Sandy, his instructors, provide great insights into dog behavior and help both pets and owners understand each other better. Thanks to their guidance, Misha is growing up to be a very well-socialized and happy dog. You won’t regret enrolling your pet with this wonderful team of professionals!
Great results - Exceptional service - Fabulous Trainer We started with private and in one class our large puppy has begun to immediately respond. Needed to change our service and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. These folks are wonderful with the goal of well behaved and happy puppy and owner their top priority. I highly recommend.
My wife and I took our pup Westley to Exceptional Pet for “Elementary school” and Middle/High School”. The training, socialization, and confidence building (in us and our pup) has been outstanding! Can’t recommend Donna and the team enough. They really helped get our Westley out of his shell and be more confident.
