I didn't realize pinch/choke collars were necessary. Had they been upfront about their use or explained how to use them professionally to me I wouldn't be so harsh. But I have heard people accidentally kill thier dogs with them so i have very little patience with this type of thing.
Update they said they would give me back 60 dollars for the classes i did not attend. but I never got a check in the mail.
