EZ Pups

I highly recommend Davin at EZ pups. I couldn't be more pleased with the progress we've seen with our 8 month old Bernedoodle puppy. Initially, we had a quite the difficult time with our smartie-pants' stubbornness, and her handler aggression tendencies. When all other avenues seemed to be ineffective, we reached out to Davin for help. He was able to quickly navigate through her issues and train us up on how to work with her more effectively. He gave us easy tips, tricks, and homework that we could work on, on a weekly basis as well as just a support system. When I felt like I was failing training our girl, he gave us hope and a better understanding of realistic expectations. I am amazed at our pup now. She is well on her way to becoming our sweet and obedient little puppy, and we owe it all to Davin at EZ Pups.

Davin is truly a master at his craft. I left my malinois pup with him for a month of board and train, the puppy I got back was totally transformed. She went from having absolutely no confidence (she wouldn’t even try to jump on something that an inch off the ground) and turned into my little mountain goat with an overwhelming amount of drive and confidence, now if she tried to jump on something and fails, she’ll try again and again without you even having to ask her. She has this general approach now to everything and it’s AMAZING. Raising a puppy by yourself is no easy task and with Davins help and the foundation he laid with my puppy, I now don’t struggle like I used to and the relationship I have with Pepper (my dog) is something that is out of this world and so incredibly fulfilling for the both of us. If you’re thinking of using Davins skills and services in any capacity DO IT. And more specifically if your thinking of taking advantage of his board and train programs DEFINITELY DO IT! It has all been money well spent. And to top it all off he is very responsive and happy to answer questions or help in whatever way he can whenever you need it. I don’t think that’s something you’ll find with any other trainers in the SD area.

Davin did an amazing job training our 5 year old Dutch Shepard, Kailo. We initially brought him in for the 4 week in house training to address some concerns with loose leash and off leash walking so we could take him to specific places without worrying. We also followed up with several sessions at which point Davin could demonstrate different techniques for us to continue his training at home including correcting unwanted aggression around other dogs and being more obedient with recalls. At this point I’m very impressed with how Kailo has come back to us and we plan to continue doing personal sessions as needed. I would recommend anyone to go see what Davin has to offer.
