EZ Pups

I can’t say enough good things about EZ Pups. I have a two-year-old English Bulldog who was extremely aggressive and reactive toward both humans and other animals. Daily life became incredibly stressful, for both me and my dog. After a serious incident where he got off leash and attacked another dog, I knew professional training was no longer optional. From the very beginning, Joe was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and how their training works, daily routines, goals, and the different board-and-train options. He was super informative and transparent, which made the decision much easier. We ultimately chose the four-week board and train. Throughout my dog’s entire stay, the EZ Pups team was incredible. They were always quick to respond to texts and calls, sent weekly training update videos, and most importantly, showed genuine care and love for my dog. I never once felt left in the dark. When my dog first arrived, he was completely spazzing out and immediately showing aggressive behaviors toward the trainers. The team stayed calm, confident, and consistent. By the end of the four weeks, he was more relaxed and honestly more loving with the staff than with me—which says everything about the trust they built with him. Huge props to Andrew (one of the trainers) on all of the hard work and effort he put into helping myself and my fur baby. Thank you so so much Andrew!!! I was a little nervous bringing him back home since I live in a high-rise right next to a dog park. I wasn’t sure if he’d listen to me the way he listened to the trainers. But I am truly blown away. Tonight we went on a walk, and it was hands down the best walk we’ve ever had together. He stayed right by my side, calmly walked past multiple dogs, stood next to strangers, and handled situations I once thought were completely impossible for him. For the first time, I felt confident trusting my dog and he trusted me. That feeling is priceless!!!!! A huge thank you to the entire EZ Pups team. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found them. Forever grateful for the entire team :)

I sent my 1.5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Koda, to EZ Pups for their 6-week training program, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the start, I was in regular communication with Andrew, who provided weekly updates and videos, which really helped ease my mind. He was also incredibly responsive and supportive after training, always available to answer any questions I had. Before training, walks were stressful, and outings felt overwhelming. Now, Koda no longer pulls on the leash, has reliable recall, and holds commands until I release him, those were my top goals going into training. Because of that, I can confidently take him to restaurants, the dog park, farmers markets, and more without the anxiety I used to feel. Everywhere we go, people stop me to compliment how well-behaved he is and ask how I trained him. I always tell them EZ Pups! I was hesitant about the price at first, but after going through the process and seeing Koda’s transformation, I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat with any future dog.
