I am sorry you were not satisfied with the lessons.<br>The Better Business Bureau has stated that this situation has been resolved, and they would not be posting your complaints.<br> All of my clients know that, because I offer the luxury of teaching in home private lessons, there could be a 15 minute leeway depending on traffic.<br> You hired me to: Manage puppy biting and teething, teach you how to potty train your puppy, help with grooming, overall attention.<br>During each exercise, I explained why I did each one, how it would address each of your issues, demonstrated it and then had you, your daughter and wife  do each one while I coached you.  <br>Within only two sessions, he learned to touch a hand, to search for a treat and return (puppy recalls to his name), he fetched a ball, he learned to sit, lie down, and to go to a mat and lie down with cues. He was beginning to understand how to use a softer mouth when taking treats or playing. In addition, I gave you suggestions and methods to help manage your puppy’s urge to bite on skin or clothes, and to help soothe his gums and teach oral awareness. I demoed techniques for that as well as grooming, which you then practiced. I gave you suggestions to teach him to go outside on leash.<br> You complained of your puppy’s frequent urination, so I recommended that you  make an appointment with your Veterinarian since he was still on meds for Giardia.<br> I went out and purchased washable puppy pads that (which is not a service included in my package), he could not chew on and did not charge you. I went above and beyond by giving you a puppy e-book, links to videos to help continue training. I also sent emails to try and help whenever you had a question.<br> You had a copy of the registration form and I gave your wife the receipt for the package of six lessons you agreed upon when paying. <br> My policy clearly states that I do not offer refunds, however, I did offer you a partial refund twice, which you refused to accept.  <br> I wish your puppy the best, as he deserves it.
