Fantastic Fido's

Many years ago I worked at Fido’s, so I know the care the owner and staff put into the facility even though it can be hard work. My 3 year old miniature dachshund, Fisher, started showing behavioral issues when we moved from a house to an apartment. It was a really new environment for him since he had never lived in an apartment. I called Fidos for help. They recommend the 12 day turnaround program for Fisher so I signed him up. I was sent frequent report cards and updates about Fisher’s progress. This was really insightful! The first few days Fisher acted how I excepted him too in his leash and fixed space training - he lacked confidence and was just really confused because he hasn’t had that much structure. Over the next few days the progress reports were so encouraging - Fisher really showed improvement and I could tell his confidence was going up. When I came to his take home lesson, Jacob was super thorough in explaining the purpose of each of Fisher’s training exercises and how I could be a more effective leader for him; he even put together a 60 day schedule for Fisher and I to complete at home so his progress and mine will continue. Jacob and FF have high standards for their training - they do not move on until the dog is calm and they have the patience to wait. Really great partners in dog training! I am wondering how much smoother everything could have went if I got Fisher into them as a puppy lol. Recommend for anyone like me with an adult dog who needs a tune up! It’s so amazing to see how much Fisher has changed already and that we have a partnership with FF for professional advice.
