Feels Like Home: Dog Care

We left our dog for the first time for a full week, and I was honestly a bit worried because she’s very shy. But from day one, they kept us updated with videos, and she looked so happy and comfortable. Communication with Kylle, his wife, and the entire team was excellent throughout the stay. Their space is huge, giving the dogs plenty of room to play and enjoy themselves, and all the dogs there, whether for daycare or boarding, were incredibly friendly. What I loved most is that there are no cages, and they don’t treat the dogs like money, but as members of the family. The whole experience was truly a 1000/100, I already want Nova to go back, and she definitely misses it too.

TLDR: Exceptional care and service, affordable rates, easy booking process, timely communication and updates, would highly recommend to everyone. We had always previously used wag hotel for our boarding and day care needs for our dog Bodhi. We had plans to be out of town for a little more than 24 hours and we were surprised at how much wag hotel quoted us for extended care. At the same time over the past month or two we had heard from a few different people how great of a experience they had with Feels Like Home dog care and because it’s much closer it felt like the right time to try somewhere new. Setting up a meet and greet was very easy and made sense to make sure Bodhi was compatible for their care. Communication throughout was always timely and included substance for us to know Bodhi was going to be in good hands. We were beyond impressed with the care they provided Bodhi. We received several updates via photos and videos and we could really tell Bodhi was enjoying his time and being well taken care of. Also what was really nice was the personal feel to the care they were providing. It didn’t feel like Bodhi was 1 of 100 dogs like at wag hotel and not knowing if Bodhi was doing okay, or if when it came time to sleep in the rooms/crates at wag hotel if all the barking would scare him. It’s so reassuring that FLH gave him a higher level of personal care and watching over him. We also think it’s so cool that they let the dogs sleep however is most comfortable for them which in Bodhis case is typically with humans in a bed or on a couch. It’s a very easy decision that FLH dog care will now be our go to for dog day care and boarding.
