Feels Like Home: Dog Care

We love the entire team over at Feels like Home dog care for that exact reason, it feels like home for our dog. I have a high energy husky mix and she is so excited on the days she gets to go visit all her best friends, she’s at the door waiting to jump in the car, knows when we pull up in the driveway and is waiting at the gate to be let in. She comes home tired, happy, and ready to go back! I have peace of mind when I am gone knowing she’s in good hands, safe, having fun, engaged in play, and socializing which is her favorite past time. If you’re on the fence just do it, book the meet and greet and get in the face time and see what it’s all about, I am so happy I did and so is my pup.

If I could pick one word to describe our experience with Feels Like Home Dog Care, it would have to be: AWESOME! My husband and I have a high energy, 6 month old male puppy. We wanted to make socialization and enrichment a priority in his life, so we discussed daycare. At first, the idea made us nervous because our previous dog (an angel in heaven now), had reactivity issues from being attacked as a puppy, and lived with that fear throughout her life. So with our new puppy, we wanted to be cautious and find a place that treats other’s dogs like family as we do, and would go the extra mile to ensure safety. From our very first meeting with Kyle and Victoria from Feels Like Home, our minds were tremendously put at ease. We decided to give it a try and WOW, did their facility exceed our needs! Our puppy is absolutely obsessed with his daycare days. He has so much fun, is treated so well, and is learning so much from being part of a pack. Kyle, Victoria, and their staff show our puppy so much love and always have wonderful things to say about him. They communicate very quickly, and send pictures/videos to give updates during the day to show how great our little buddy is doing during his stay. Their pricing is also incredibly reasonable, with an added bonus of a military discount that we appreciate so much as a military family. Our experience has been great so far, and I brag to whoever I can to help spread word of their business. We rescued a formerly abandoned dog who has separation anxiety. We started bringing her to Feels Like Home for daycare, and they’ve done an amazing job helping her adjust. We built up to boarding her when we took a trip, and she did great! Kyle checked in and let us know how she was doing and made us feel at ease. Our dog is always excited to go to daycare, and is relaxed and tired from her adventures when we pick her up. Kyle and Morgan are so good with the dogs. We love Feels Like Home and recommend them to all of our friends!
