I had a very strange experience with this company. I scheduled a discovery call on their website, got multiple automated reminders via text and email of the appointment and nobody else showed up for the call. I reached out via their contact us page and their phone number. After they missed my call, Sara text me saying “I saw that we missed your call, how can we help?” I then responded mentioning how we had a discovery call scheduled to discuss my dogs situation and haven’t heard from her since. Quite frankly I’ve never experienced a company that straight up ghosts a potential client. I have no experience with Sara as a dog trainer but the experience I did have was incredibly poor.

Sara is a fantastic dog trainer! I was lucky enough to meet her at the FDSA Ranch, where my dog, Baker, and I participated in several NASDA Shed Dog & Lost Item practices, as well as the Rat & NASDA Weekend Retreat. Sara is an incredibly supportive and skilled trainer who makes Shed and Lost Item feel approachable and confidence-building, especially for newer handlers. She meets each team exactly where they are and provides thoughtful guidance to help them progress to the next level. I would absolutely continue attending her practices if I lived closer to her permanent location, and I truly hope our paths cross again.

We highly recommend Sara! Our dog absolutely loves her & she gets so excited every time she sees her, which speaks for itself. Sara has given us the tools and skills we need to better manage her reactivity, and we’ve already seen so many positive changes in her behavior. We’re still actively working with her, but the progress so far has been amazing and provided relief to our family. Having a reactive dog can be stressful and Sara has provided us with many helpful strategies. Couldn’t be happier with the support and guidance Sara provides.
