FetchMasters, LLC

Fetchmasters did an excellent job training our whole family (Nutmeg, and his humans.) We signed up for Level 1 Board & Train and from Day 1 everything exceeded our expectations. Tom was thorough in explaining what to expect and their methods before we committed. Linda and Kim were patient and understanding when we had some scheduling confusion, and were flexible with us to make it work. Savannah did the hard work of training our 11 month old Vizsla puppy who walked on a leash like a ping pong ball strapped to a rocket, and wouldn't listen unless the word was "treats". When we picked up Nutmeg, she demonstrated he was capable (and happy to! ) listen, stay down and wait for several minutes, and walk at her pace. We brought him home and picked up where she left off. Of course, we still had a lot of work to do at home, but felt like the techniques Savannah taught us in the follow up sessions @ home were simple, easy to replicate, consistent, and built on what he learned at camp. Almost 2 months after picking him up from Fetchmasters and staying on track (mostly... ha) with training, Nutmeg is a noticeably happier, manageable, and obedient dog -- friends and family have even noticed his progress. Fetchmasters will absolutely be our go-to for next level training, or future board & train. Fetchmasters is awesome. If you are looking for dog trainers who take the "positive reinforcement, force free" approach, these guys are the pro's. That is, no shock collars or choker leashes. We started with individual visits, but decided to have our Airedale Terrier puppy do the two week "Board and Train" and she learned SO MUCH! She loves Jessie H., her primary trainer. Their main property is about 30 min east of Denver off of I-70, but totally worth it. Prices are reasonable if not better than the competition. We're definitely considering Level 2 training when the time comes. Woohoo!

We took our recently adopted dog Odin to FetchMasters for level one obedience training. Their facilities are immaculate and everyone there is simply wonderful. They worked so well with Odin and with us to continue his training when we got home. We felt very confident that Odin would be cared for while he was away and of course he was. The value of the training is well worth the investment and I would recommend FetchMasters to anyone, they are simply the best.

We took our German Shepherd mix, Luna, to both Level 1 training and Level 2 board and train. Luna was lucky enough to work with Jessie both times, and the results were fantastic. Jessie is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring trainer who was able to answer all of our questions during both levels of training. Originally, our main concerns were pulling on the leash and our dog crying and lunging at other dogs and people while on walks. Now, it is much easier to walk our dog. While we still have to continue working on some things, Luna is much better on walks and can pass by other dogs and people without being completely distracted from our walk. Additionally, she will come to us immediately at home when she is on the complete opposite side of the house. We are incredibly grateful for the highest quality training Luna received, and give FetchMasters (especially Jessie) 5/5 stars!
