Fidelio Dog Works I can’t say enough good things about this team. The dog training is one thing, but the human coaching is often overlooked. The results matter. Most of our pups problems are brought on by things we as owners allow. These folks know how to explain and show us as owners how to manage the pups. My dog (very well behaved mild mannered dog) began marking things we didn’t want marked. I consulted with Fidelio and I was trained. We had to change our habits as a family, we had to change what we were allowing. There is so much responsibility in owning a dog- we owe it to them to provide the pup with the proper training as well as following the healthy patterns ourselves.

We took on a foster dog with some issues, but were unable to correct certain behaviors. We found Donavan through a friend and he took our dog and retrained him. The results so far have been incredible. We got back a much improved dog and one that is now a full part of our family and fun to be around. The best feedback that I can share is when I was walking on a trial with our dog, a mountain biker came up behind us and we were on a very narrow path, so, I had to jump up onto a ledge to let the biker pass safely. I called our dog to me, he came immediately and sat beside me, and as the rider passes he said "now that is a well trained dog!"...

Donovan with Fidelio did such a wonderful job training our dog! We signed up initially for help with our puppy, Chopper. He did puppy training and taught him the basics of crate training and how to be a well behaved puppy. We never had a well behaved puppy!!! He did such a great job with puppy training we decided to enroll Chopper for the next step, obedience training. I am so thankful we have such a well behaved dog we can take anywhere in public. He is an absolute joy and we owe so much to Donovan. He taught us how to engage with Chopper and establish his place in our family. This has created a confident, trusting dog. He isn’t even a year old and he knows how to stay on his “place”, doesn’t run out the door and most importantly knows how to play well with our two young boys. We have and will continue to recommend Donovan to anyone that is seeking help with their dog.

We started working with Donovan when our dog was just a few months old. Since that initial visit he's had two boardings with Donovan, one for basic training in commands and another for e-collar training. Both times our dog came back well trained, which has been such a help. He's just over a year old and is well-behaved for being in some prime puppy years, he gets compliments on behavior all the time. Donovan is always quick to respond, flexible with our schedule, and extremely helpful. We will continue to take our dog there if we need anything in the future and will recommend Fidelio to anyone we know in need of dog training. Thank you!

I never officially went to the training, but I can tell you this which means more to me. Donovan watched as my friend’s female puppy pulled and tripped me and sent me to my knees. He immediately called us over and offered free training collars and a chance to do some training at our next BMX event (yes this is how we met). I can tell you the collars and a few brief lessons made a world of difference. I can’t even imagine if I lived in his area how much value he would bring to the table. I’m forever grateful !
