Fidelity K9

I brought my dog to their 6 week program and was not able to bring him back after two weeks for a check-in(and wasn’t sure if I even wanted to as I was iffy about using the e-collar). He was about a year and a half during the program. When I went to pick him up, he was not as attentive as I expected and had about the same attention span as before. I immediately noticed that he did not listen if I didn’t have a treat in hand; before, he would do what I asked even if I didn’t have a treat. It was pretty clear that he didn’t make as much progress as I thought he would and he didn’t listen very well to the trainers during their demonstrations. I was also told to use a prong collar with him. He did walk well with the prong collar, but I noticed that it was hurting him, so I stopped using it. After I stopped using it, his walking skills were more or less the same as before the program. Honestly, I regret paying so much for this program as he’s about the same as he was before + now I have to spend more on treats to retrain him.

I'm a first time dog-owner and I (perhaps foolishly) adopted a German Shepherd mix (I think GSD-pitt). His behavior was TOTALLY unmanageable. The owner, Steve, and the team at Fidelity K9 taught me how to communicate with my dog and through their 6-week board and train program they set a very, very solid obedience foundation. Consistency is key with dog training as in anything else. Almost two years later, thanks to the guarantee that Fidelity makes with their 6-week board-and-train, Steve and his team remain available for complimentary (or already paid for, depending on how you look at it) private sessions. The truth of the matter is that I simply would not be able to have the relationship with my dog today that I enjoy if it weren't for the good people at Fidelity K9.

I had two of my dogs go for the 6 weeks training program and I was not disappointed!! They took good care of them and the update videos I got of them they looked so happy almost like they didn’t miss home at all . I have a Yorkie and I knew he was going to be a challenge but in the end I was so impressed with how far he has come and how well all the trainers worked w him and I can’t say this enough I was impressed !!! I also had my Aussie mix do the program and he is sooo reactive and him coming home from the program he was just great!! As long as I work with both my pups they will have so much progress as time goes on thanks to fidelity k9!!!

I had a dog that was just super hyper, a biter and he was definitely the alpha. We tried other training options and nothing helped, Fidelity K9 was my last hope. They were incredible, to see my dogs face relaxed,happy and following commands, blow my mind. They also took time to train me and my boyfriend with the commands. We left feeling empowered and excited to take our dog home. If you are having issues and just can't train your dog I highly recommend you take your dog to Fidelity K9. The Staff is awesome!! They are knowledgeable, friendly, they care and want to help. You won't regret it!!
