FirstBarkI called them to talk about their services and the individual I talked to was incredibly helpful. He talked me through some training techniques and some best practices. Even though the services weren’t what I was looking for they took the time to educate me and helped me feel like I was headed down the right path with our new puppies training.

This was a very worthwhile experience for my German Shepherd ,. The whole staff was very professional, compassionate , and knowledgeable. They truly cared about my dog and it was very evident she cared for them. Learned many new ways of training. Wonderful. Cannot say enough good things.
I took my 2 dogs to Fidelity for grooming and was damn happy with the outcome. We've taken them to a trusted groomer for years, but heard Fidelity did good work and I could have my dogs trained too. So we gave them a try even though we had the same groomer for years, and I am happy I did. Great job and we will keep coming back for years to come for both training and grooming.
We got a dog with too much energy and who was too impulsive around our kids. Fidelity K9 said they could help. We mistakenly trusted them. We paid $3000 to board our dog for 6 weeks. We got a dog with too much energy and who was too impulsive around our kids. Fidelity K9 said they could help. We mistakenly trusted them. We paid $3000 to board our dog for 6 weeks. Got him back more poorly trained than when we started - no sense of basic commands or ability to get him under control. He does not respond to his name, “off,” or the German commands for sit, stay, heal, or down they allegedly taught him - the very most basic commands. We did Petsmart’s $100 training a few years ago with another pup for better results. Steve, the owner, was rude and unresponsive, blaming us for the dog’s lack of training. We are out $3000 with a dog who cannot walk on a leash. Save your money.

Steve made the process super easy and seemed excited to work with my GSD Simba. From Day 1 he answered every question I had. The staff posted weekly videos during the 6 week board and train and Simba was mellow, responsive, focused, and excited to listen. The whole staff was super helpful in making sure I was comfortable with all the commands and rules to keep Simba in line once he leaves the facility. If you are looking for a place to change the way your dog acts and obeys? Fidelity K9 is that place.
